This shot from the sandstone slickrock on the south side of Devil’s Garden looks west towards a formation known as the Four Wise Men. From this angle, three are lined up in a row and appear as one. The Four Wise Men is a prominent formation in Devil’s Garden, a wonderland of fantastical sandstone arches and hoodoos that look like goblins and gnomes. Devil’s Garden is a 200 acre park that is located right next to a BLM campground off Hole-in-the-Rock Road in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. There is no trail so you are free to wander among the formations.
