Formerly named Societeit Concordia. Completely renovated in 1926 by Wolff Schoemacher, Aalbers and Van Gallen. Later in 1955, the building was used for Asia-Africa Conference Summit. At night, the building's terraces across the street are often used as a shelter by homeless people.
