Extremadura

Founded about 1952 as people of colonization for the many unemployed laborers and Yuntero surrounding, in a large estate from 2,903 acres of oaks, cork trees and underbrush that was purchased by the National Institute of Colonization. This property was divided between 90 settlers Alcuéscar, Cordovilla, Carmonita, Valdefuentes, Albalá and a family of Casas de Don Antonio. Each gave him five parcels of five acres and a house with annexes.

It is a small town has 219 inhabitants registered in 2006 and an actual population of just over 150.
