Stone-sawing at the Sandstone Museum
Muensterland-Baumberge

This stone-sawing in the quarry were Hesselmann used to cut the blocks Baumberger sandstone in slices. These were then used by masons and sculptors on.

And Sculpture course at the ARTelier for sculpture Baumberger Sandstone Museum in Havixbeck.

Here you can learn how already 1000 years ago, the sandstone was processed from the Baumberge and have worked as the sculptor.

The Münsterland is a region in northern North Rhine-Westphalia and in the northwestern with the city of Münster as a  Westphalia center.
