View of the two bridges which connect Anglesey with mainland Wales. To the left the Menai bridge built by Thomas Telford and quite an ingenious piece of engineering at the time. To the right the Britannia bridge with the road on top and the train line below. All this to the backdrop of the Snowdon mountain range.

The city of St. Davids is the smallest city in the UK with a population around 2000. Wales itself has a population of around 3 million. The Welsh language is spoken by around 20% of the population.
