Near the buffet and the artificial river in Occidental Grand Xcaret hotel in the morning. The main lobby of the latter is a masterpiece with a river running through it. The artificial canal which flows to the archaelogical park Xcaret has Carribean fish swimming in it. The hotel visitors may either walk by the water or take a free gondola service during the day. The shops at the aqua facility are made to look like a little mexican village. The theater stage, bar and buffet area looks like a town square with a small market. Some iguanas are hiding in the trees.
