Port of Maalhos during the rainy season in the morning in Maldives. Maalhos is a small island with a village in Baa Atoll. We were visiting this place as part of a local day tour which helped us know better the life of the Maldivian population. The winters in Maldives are pleasant with sunny weather and cool ambience. The time between May and November is a good time to visit the country as the skies remains cloudy, humidity remains high, there are more chances of rainfall - usually in the night, but the days is suitable for any kind of beach or water activities. This is the port where we arrived and mingled with the friendly locals.
