Along the road to the White Dome Trail at the northern end of Valley of Fire, you can park at parking area #2 and walk southwest to this orange and cream colored sandstone.  

There is no established trail, but once you reach the slickrock, it is pretty easy going.  You should be careful to avoid the cryptobiotic soil.  For most of the way you will be within view of the road.
