Panorama taken on the market square in Soluthurn, Switzerland. Solothurn has a beautiful Baroque old city center entirely listed as being part of the Inventory of Swiss Heritage Sites (source: wikipedia).
On the South side of the panorama, you can see the Zeitglockenturm or clock tower, which was built in the 12th century. Down the passage on the west side of the square, you can see a glimpse of the Bieltor or the gate of Bienne, another historical monument. The square is surrounded by historical buildings and has a very pretty fountain. If you turn left at that fountain, the car free street takes you to the beautiful St. Ursus cathedral of which you can see the interior on this panorama.
