Mid-saddle below Sunset Peak, we can clearly see Lake Catherine below and the larger Lake Mary in the distance. To the south, Mt. Timpanogos and Mt. Nebo are visible in the distance.
A moderate hike of 6-7 miles round trip from the Brighton Ski Resort takes you passed beautiful alpine lakes, over old granite and old ocean bottom and up to a grand view of three canyons.
