Simon Bolivar lived in his Quinta about 423 days, the most extended stay in a place that El Libertador ever had in his adult age, althought they were not continuous.

La Quinta de Bolivar also has an exceptional architectonic value being the last country house of others that encircle the colonial city of Santa Fe de Bogota  before the independence that is still up.
