錫安山為一處山坡地，佔地約200公頃，幾十年來由一群基督徒開墾為住區，獨立於政府體制外，由其自行管理，有個別教育權，但同時保有中華民國居民的福利和保障。錫安山有世外桃源之稱，有許多特殊的宗教建物，如錫安天池、大衛城堡、凱旋樓、勝利大樓、真理戰勝強權紀念碑、基督是磐石等。假日時，錫安山開放觀光，並販賣當地農產品。
