Human-looking rock at Bistritsa near Ruen in spring at noon. This rock formation that resembles a human being stands at the river Bistritsa's bed and the road from Garlyano to the abandoned mines. The border with Macedonia is approximately 8 kilometers from here. Garlyano village is 1,5 kilometers downhill in the opposite direction. Since the mines were abandoned this route has been used mainly by tourists and bicyclists. This is the path for enthusiasts going to peak Ruen, the highest in Osogovo mountain, close to the abandoned mines.
