Lake Amtkel has one drain into an underground river, so it is very dangerous. This drain is often clogged, and the water level in the lake can rise very much overnight. The rising water washes the trees on the shore into the lake, so there are a lot of logs floating in it, which have nowhere to go. It is especially dangerous to be near the lake in the rain or when the snow melts.
