This is the port of Charlestown, Nevis.  The dock where the picture is taken includes a parking area for dinghies for visiting sailboats.  Several ferries a day leave and arrive to and from St. Kitts.  The main town is just outside the port.  You can see the huge volcanic peak of Nevis in the background.
