Peering into a gaping hole of a lava tube near Hambone, California. This lava tube is one of many in the region w/ only this vertical 30-40' deep entrance. The surface area consists of dry junipers, incense cedars, & ponderosa pines. Some of the junipers have mistletoe growing on them.
