The harbour at Djúpavík, situated at the head of Reykjarfjörður, is dominated by the old herring factory and the rusting hulk of SS Suðurland. Formerly a cargo and passenger ship, she's now spending her twilight years mouldering slowly and dramatically by the shoreline.
